OpenComics, its visual design, software and service materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Content made available through the service may belong to its respective creators or licensors. You may not copy, redistribute, sell, reverse engineer or commercially exploit the service without permission.

You agree not to interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, scrape content at scale, or use OpenComics to violate another person’s rights or applicable law.

We work to keep OpenComics useful and available, but features may change, pause or be discontinued as the service develops. We may restrict access when needed to protect the service, users or rights holders.

OpenComics is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee that the service will always be uninterrupted, error-free or suitable for every purpose. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
